This issue of Kuri is devoted to the research of Miriam Peretz regarding the "Dances of the 'Roma' Gypsy Trail from Rajastan to Spain."
Miriam's thesis presents the numerous dance and music styles found within the Roma tradition. Included in her research are the Rajasthani, Egyptian “Ghawazi,” Turkish “Roman”, Balkan “Cocek” and Flamenco dance.
